2. The Transport Process
Standard Transport
Our current models (Micro Cabin, Cabin on Wheels, Modern Living Module, Dark Minimal) are designed to fit within standard transport dimensions. This means no special permits or "Convoi Exceptionnel" escorts are required, significantly reducing delivery costs and complexity.
Protecting Your House
Before departure, your house is wrapped in heavy-duty protective film to shield it from road debris, insects, and weather during the journey.
Arrival & Unloading
The truck will get as close as possible to your site. Access must be paved or
compacted gravel.
Important: You (the client) are typically responsible for
booking a local crane for the final lift, but we provide all technical weights and
dimensions to help you organize this.
3. Preparing Your Site
Checklist before delivery:
- Access Road: Ensure the road is at least 3.5m wide and free of low-hanging branches (4.2m height clearance usually required).
- Foundation: Concrete piers or ground screws must be level and ready.
- Crane Access: The crane needs a stable, flat area to set up its outriggers.
- Connections: Water, electricity, and sewage pipes should be near the connection point.
